Theme 2 presentation

My second theme will be presented in a photo album,I think the images of the Church will clasic and that's why I've chosen that way of displaying the final photos. See below the album i'll be using.

Theme 2 work

Today I'm working on the images for my second theme, From over 700 images I've narrowed it down to 250 :) I've decided I must be ruthless! Next step from 250 images must go down to 50 and then to my final 10 :)
I'll be posting soon some of my images :)

Britishness Dave's challenge

Dave's challenge for this week was What is Britishness
well my interpretation will probably be different then everyone else's but there you go:

Theme 2 Shoot planning

I've written this plan yesterday, but wasn't able to upload till today.

For tomorrow I'm planning to do an outdoor shoot,I'm going to take some shoots of the outside of the church.
I've checked the weather forecast and as its frosty but sunny.I'll ensure I'm wearing warm clothing with appropriate footwear.
For my and other peoples safety I've asked a family member to assist me, I'll also need his help with the equipment that I'll be taking with me.
I'm thinking of taking my photos past lunch time when the sun isnt to bright. I'll try to make the best use of the natural light without using a flash.

For tomorrows shoot I'm planning to take with me:
  • camera Nikon D3000 (in its case, with neck strap)
  • standard lens 18-55mm
  • uv filter (fitted on the camera lens already to protect my lens from UV light)
  • tripod (in its case, i'll be using my tripod for stabilty, to prevent the camera from shaking which then will help to achieve a sharp, blur free image)
More details of above equipment in my previous post
